Sharing Our Torah: Jews of Color Mindfulness Affinity Space
Join host and IJS faculty member Kohenet Keshira haLev Fife each month for the Jews of Color Beit Midrash, a space to come together in connection, reflection, slowness, and renewal, with the intention of helping us grow our potential capacity to express greater liberation in body, mind, and soul. Formerly known as the JoC Sit, we’ve chosen a new name for this space to honor the depth and breadth of wisdom that our guest teachers bring when we ask them to share their embodied Torah. No experience is necessary, just a desire to take a mindful pause, deepen into practice and be part of our growing community!
Text Study 5785
