We’re so glad you said yes to trying a Jewish mindfulness meditation!

To support you in getting the most out of your practice, here are a few guidelines:

If you’re new to meditation, please start by taking a look at our “Getting Started” PDF. It’s full of wonderful tips to support you.

If you’ve meditated before and you feel ready to jump in to the guided meditation, first take a look at our “Text to Life Practice” which will be referenced during the guided meditation. The text is part of the unique Jewish framing of the practice.

Once you’ve reviewed the text, simply click play on the audio and be guided into meditation.

You can practice with the guided meditation again and again. It won’t disappear or expire. With regular practice, for even a few minutes a day, you may develop new levels of awareness and experience a deeper connection to yourself, others, and even to God.
