Slowing down and resting are one of the ways that we move ourselves to greater liberation. We invite Jews of Color and Sephardim/Mizrahim (JoCSM) to join us for a monthly opportunity to slow down together and take a mindful pause.

This JoCSM-led space is one part inspiration, one part meditation, one part community connection! Led by Keshira haLev Fife, IJS Core Faculty and other guest JoCSM leaders.
