Welcome to the IJS Community Network

The Institute for Jewish Spirituality (IJS) teaches Jewish spiritual practices grounded in mindfulness. Your clergy have been part of our Clergy Leadership Programs and are excited to share this wonderful library of resources, mindfulness programs, and spiritual practices. From online yoga to daily meditations, you now have access to these powerful tools for mindfulness, resilience, and deep connection.

What is the Institute for Jewish Spirituality?

IJS is a sacred haven for nurturing the mind, body, soul, and spirit. Since 1999, we have helped countless people navigate our turbulent world by learning to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a greater sense of purpose — all grounded in mindfulness and the deep wisdom of Jewish tradition. From guided meditation and contemplative text study to leadership training and retreats, IJS creates opportunities to become more mindful, compassionate, and resilient—and build a more just and peaceful world together.

By joining the IJS Community Network, your clergy is nurturing and expanding the sacred work they are already doing to bring these practices to your community. Now they can share what they love about our embodied practices, Torah studies, and meditation sits directly with you.

No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome!
