Prepare spiritually for Passover this year. Before getting the house ready or writing a shopping list, do some inner house-cleaning. Join the Institute for Jewish Spirituality for a retreat of Jewish contemplative practice, focusing on liberation—personal and communal—from the Pharaohs that prevent us from expressing our best, most authentic selves.

The retreat will run from late Wednesday afternoon March 18, through Sunday morning, March 22, 2020, at the Brandeis-Bardin Campus of the American Jewish University, Simi Valley CA. It will include include periods of contemplative silence, as well as opportunities to engage in mindfulness meditation, contemplative prayer, yoga and embodied practice, reflective text study, singing, and small group practice.

Experience the magic of a contemplative full Shabbat at this newly added IJS retreat.
